A pending transaction is a temporary record while your bank processes a purchase. Its amount, date, or merchant name may change before it posts. A restaurant tip or hotel deposit is a common example.
Why can I see pending purchases on one card but not another?
Some banks send pending records to Vylo’s connection providers; others send only the final transaction. Both are normal.
Can I change its category?
If the category control is unavailable, wait for the purchase to post. There’s no need to add a manual copy while you wait.
Why do I see a pending and a posted version?
The bank may still be replacing the temporary record. Let the next sync finish. If both entries remain after they’ve posted, contact us about the duplicate.
