Everyone in a Vylo household uses their own login and sees the household’s financial information. That includes connected accounts, transactions, notes, categories, budgets, and manually entered financial details.
A separate login does not make your connected accounts private from the household. Only invite someone you want to share that information with.
Who manages the household?
The owner manages members and household data exports. Subscription changes belong to the billing owner; App Store subscriptions must be managed through the Apple Account that purchased them.
A member may see the subscription status without controls to cancel or change the payment method.
Who can allow AI categorization?
Each person decides for the bank accounts they connected. Another household member cannot consent on their behalf. Read how AI consent works.
Why do we see different accounts or budgets?
You may have created separate households. Check that both people joined using the same household invitation. Get help with an invitation.
