For a payment made on Vylo’s website, email hi@myvylo.com from your account email. Include the charge date, amount, and invoice reference if you have one. Tell us what looks wrong and we’ll check it.
What about App Store charges?
Apple decides refunds for its purchases. Sign in to Apple’s refund service, choose the refund-request option, and select the charge. Apple explains the process here.
A refund request doesn’t necessarily stop future renewal. Cancel the subscription too if you don’t want another billing period.
